THE HOMEBODY COLLECTION
EXTENDS FAR BEYOND A MERCH DROP
This concept was born out of the desire to uplift our local community in as many ways as possible.
We are collaborating with businesses, individuals, and nonprofits
in the Chippewa Valley in 3 meaningful ways:
8% of Homebody sales will be donated to Ainsley's Playhouse, a local nonprofit providing safe custody exchanges and supervised visitation for families navigating difficult transitions. Their work helps protect children from conflict while providing a safe, supportive environment for maintaining family relationships.

Homebody includes creative artwork by Dathan Boardman, a local graphic designer and long time supporter of all things art and community in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The artwork you see on the crewneck, tee, and tote was created by Dathan.

The Icon Edit is a print mini-magazine featuring original content from people & businesses throughout the Chippewa Valley. Every feature is written or created by members of our local community for the season. The first issue releases Thanksgiving week, will be included with each Homebody order, and will be available for free at select local businesses.

We sell houses.
We're much more interested in what happens once they're yours.
The morning coffee, the unfinished projects, the friends around the kitchen table, the weekends with nowhere in particular to be. Homebody started with the things that turn a house into a home.
Created by Icon Realty, Homebody is a collection of apparel and everyday goods inspired by cozy life at home, with those we care about most, during the late fall and early winter weather of Wisconsin.
Our first collection features eight pieces, with an emphasis on heavyweight fabrics, comfortable fits, and designs you'll want to wear regardless of whether you've ever bought or sold a house with us.
What’s most important is our community, so we've also made room for local artists, businesses, and community organizations to be part of the collection. This is an Icon Realty project, made for every homebody.

Homebody is the first in a series of seasonal collections from Icon Realty, with new releases planned every spring and fall.
Each collection will have its own identity, designs, and inspiration, accompanied by a small print magazine featuring original contributions from people and businesses throughout the Chippewa Valley.
The first, The Icon Edit, includes seasonal recommendations, recipes, local perspectives, and stories contributed by members of our community.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product has its own sizing information. We recommend reviewing the size guide on the product page before ordering, as fits may vary between styles.
What if I order the wrong size?
All sales are final, and we cannot offer exchanges for sizing. Please double-check your selection before checkout.

Is Homebody available for preorder?
Yes! Our first collection is available for preorder, with orders scheduled to ship on or before December 16, 2026.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email hello@iconrealtywi.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations aren't guaranteed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase.

When will my order ship?
Our first round of preorders will ship on or before December 16, 2026. In-stock items generally ship within 7 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Absolutely! Free local pickup is available in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You'll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
When will local pickup orders be ready?
Our first round of preorder pickups is expected to be ready by December 16, 2026. We'll email you as soon as your order is available.

What is your return policy?
All Homebody merchandise is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, changes of mind, or personal preferences.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email hello@iconrealtywi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll offer a replacement when available or a refund if a replacement isn't possible.

How should I care for my Homebody merchandise?
Always follow the care instructions on your item's label.
For apparel, we generally recommend washing inside out with similar colors in cold water and avoiding high heat to help preserve the fabric and graphics.
For embroidered pieces, avoid ironing directly over the embroidery.
For mugs, handwashing is recommended to help preserve the printed design.
Will my apparel shrink?
Some shrinkage may occur depending on the fabric and washing conditions. Following the care instructions and avoiding high heat can help minimize shrinkage.

Homebody is the first merchandise collection from Icon Realty. Inspired by the places we call home and the everyday moments that happen there, the collection brings together comfortable apparel and practical goods designed to be worn, used, and enjoyed.
Does my purchase support a cause?
Yes! Eight percent of Homebody merchandise sales, excluding taxes and shipping, will be donated to Ainsley's Playhouse.
Will Homebody products be restocked?
Homebody is our first collection, and future availability hasn't been determined. We recommend ordering during the preorder window if there's something you have your eye on.
